Code of Conduct
Lawson is committed to promoting and maintaining high standards of ethical conduct in all of its activities. Our reputation is one of our most prized assets, and we safeguard it by making sure we interact with all members of the Lawson community in a consistent manner. The Code of Conduct – which includes our mission, vision, strategy and values – is the guide we use to ensure our conduct is focused, ethical and consistent.
Our Mission is to make our customers stronger. Our Vision is to be the global leader in each of our target markets. And our Strategy to achieve our Vision is to:
- Focus our product development and go-to-market efforts in our target markets.
- Offer our customers a superior experience.
- Attain world-class performance in each of our functional disciplines.
Our Values include passion and commitment, integrity and honesty in all our relationships, teamwork, personal responsibility for results and a conviction that Simpler is Better.
- Passion and commitment mean that we are self-driven and motivated; we have a sense of urgency in advancing the well-being of our customers, our company and our team. Commitment transforms a promise into reality.
- Integrity aligns our beliefs and values with our words and actions.
- Honesty means we are honest with our customers, business partners and colleagues at all times.
- Teamwork recognizes that it is impossible for one of us to sell, install and support our customers. We can only succeed if we work as a team, overcome boundaries, and respect and acknowledge one another’s contributions.
- Personal responsibility means we are responsible for our own knowledge and training so we can better serve our customers. It means we set realistic goals and accomplish them consistently – with no excuses. It means we anticipate and remove roadblocks to achieve results. It also means we will be accountable occasionally for things we don’t control.
- Our conviction of Simpler is Better means we seek to simplify our external and internal processes whenever possible. We look for ways to make it easier for our customers to do business with us. We eliminate unnecessary bureaucracy and waste, and we invest in systems and infrastructure that make us more efficient and productive.
