Lawson Software Extends Alliance with RR Donnelley
Alliance links Lawson ERP solutions with an organization's mobile computing and business forms needs
ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 20, 2008--Lawson Software (Nasdaq: LWSN) today announced it is extending its alliance with RR Donnelley (NYSE:RRD). Through this strategic relationship, RR Donnelley will continue to deliver mobile computing, business forms, labels, and forms-related solutions to Lawson Software users in Lawson's target markets. The companies have jointly served customers since 1990 and currently serve 2,100 mutual customers.
Through this alliance, Lawson and RR Donnelly provide a variety of products and services, including hand-held scanners that interact directly with Lawson Mobile Supply Chain Management and Surgical Instrument Management solutions. The companies can also provide labels and label printers; forms such as payroll and accounts payable checks, tax forms, invoices, and form imaging; along with mailing and web presentment services - all linked to Lawson enterprise software applications.
